This seven Swiss cheese Fondue is served with wafer thin slices of air cured Swiss mountain beef, baby potatoes and fresh bread €26.50 p.p.

Truffle Fondue «edelwise»
Our moitié-moitié Fondue flavoured with premium organic white truffle oil and black truffle pieces, served with fresh bread €28.50 p.p.

You can add any of the following side dishes to your Fondue:
Air cured Swiss mountain beef: €5.00 each p.p.
Baby potatoes, Cauliflower, Broccoli: €3.00 each p.p.
Pickled silverskin onions, Pickled gherkins: €1.80 each p.p.

Our Fondues are served in a melting pot on a rechaud for two ore more people. We are able to serve single portions for an extra charge of €2.00

All of our Fondue mixtures contain white wine and kirsch for flavour. However, the alcohol is evaporated before serving. This makes Fondue suitable for children and perfect with a nice glass of white wine.
